GlossaryBattlecard
Definition
Battlecard
A one-page or digital reference that tells a sales rep how to sell against a specific competitor, including positioning, objection handling, landmine questions, and pricing intel.
Good battlecards are glances, not reads. A rep should extract what they need in 30 seconds between calls, often on a phone.
The best battlecards are mobile-optimized, update automatically when the competitor changes something material, and link directly from a shared public URL so a rep does not have to log into a dashboard to get to them.
