Service description

Clinch is a competitive intelligence platform for B2B SaaS teams. We monitor competitor websites, analyze changes using AI, generate battlecards, and deliver weekly intelligence digests. By using Clinch, you agree to these terms.

Account and access

You must provide a valid email address and create a password to use Clinch. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You may not share your account with unauthorized users.

Acceptable use

You may only use Clinch to monitor publicly available competitor information for legitimate business purposes. You may not use Clinch to:

  • Scrape or monitor websites you do not have a business reason to track
  • Attempt to access non-public or authenticated pages
  • Violate any applicable laws or third-party rights
  • Resell or redistribute Clinch data commercially

Pricing and payment

Clinch offers a 14-day free trial. After the trial, the plan costs $79 per month, billed monthly through Stripe.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe customer portal, accessible from your Settings page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access until then.

Data and privacy

Your use of Clinch is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We take reasonable measures to protect your data, but we cannot guarantee absolute security.

AI-generated content

Clinch uses AI to generate competitive analysis, battlecards, and digests. AI-generated content is provided for informational purposes and should not be treated as verified fact. You are responsible for reviewing and validating AI outputs before acting on them.

Limitation of liability

Clinch is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the dashboard. Continued use of Clinch after changes constitutes acceptance.
